What kind of eat Korea for celebrations?

Hello~guys!!
I'm Aeri, long time no see,
This weekday, I went to 'Maroon5' concert!!
Later, i'll tell you detail of concert!
How are you today?
I'm so boring tonight, i don't have appointment@_@

Anyway, i just know you about celebration food in Korea.
Sometimes, in Korea have holiday!! New year , Thanksgiving day and etc...
We celebration holidays and wish fortune that day.
These meal delights, consumed on strategic days of the year with hopes for good health and fortune , and also eaten year-round.


1. Tteok-guk
Traditionally served on the Lunar New Year. It is a clear broth dotted with sliced rice cakes, and garnished with ground meat, fried eggs cut into shapes and green onions.
Perfect for a light lunch.




2. Ogokbap
Rice bowl comprised of five grains and typically eaten and 'Daeboreum', which celebrates the first full moon of the lunar year

3. Songpyeon
Half-moon-shaped rice cakes stuffed with sweet fillings and steamed over a bed of pine needles. Typically served during 'Chuseok', the Korean Harvest Festival , as an ancestral offering. 



4. Patjuk
Served during winter season, this red been porridge is peppered with small round rice cakes.



5. Samgyetang
Consemed during 'Sambok'(The three hottest days of the year). This dish consists of a whole chicken stuffed with rice, ginseng,jujubes and other ingredients and served in a clear broth to provide stamina in the heat.
