Five Fancy Market in Seoul of Korea.

Hello guys~~~~!!

Today weather was bad bad bad.
Too cloudy but, little bit cooler than yesterday.
Today subject are market of Seoul!!!

In addition to the big market are Namdaemun and Dongdaemun, There are numerous and traditional market in Seoul.
But today i tell you market expect Namdaemun and Dongdaemun.

1. Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market.



Established in 1927, this is the largest marine market in Seoul. Purchasers bid on fish from 1AM until dawn. but more than 250 small shop and restaurants in there.
The market open 24 hours. Many of these stores have large tanks filled with colorful and unique fish.
Choose the fish you want, and the owner will deftly prepare it so that you can either eat it on the spot, or take it with you for a picnic along the Han River and go home.

south of Han River and close to Yeouido.

2. Gwangjang Market.


Recently, Gwangjang market is really popular local people and traveler.
The go to place for fabric in Korea. like Hanbok(Korea traditional cloth)
Looking my blog, you can get the more information of Hanbok.
But,Why many people are going there?
Because they want to eat lots of food in Gwangjang market!!!
Named 'Muk-bang'
This is just eating food anytime and everywhere.
So Koreans, want to eat of Gwangjang market food.

2 line metro / Euljiro 4-ga Station 





3. Seoul Folk Flea Market


This market was established when the restoration of Cheonggyecheon Stream displaced a large number of small merchants from Dokkaebi market in Hwanghak-dong.
The market is a good place to look for antiques, crafts, collectibles and souvenirs.
Open from 10 AM to 7 PM.

4. Hongdae Play Park Market



Held every weekend from March to November in Hongdae Play Park,
the market features arts and crafts made by young local artists. It is a laid-back funky scene, and a great place to purchase a unique piece of art or pick up an accessory.

5. Yangjae Flower Market


Yangjae contains over 100 flower shops, a large green house and an auction hall.
It is particularly popular in spring and serves both retail and wholesale customers. Many visit just to look and smell the merchandise.
In addition to flowers Yangjae also features herbs, potted plants and shrubs.

transfer to a Seongnam/Gwacheon bound bus or takes a short taxi rides.
